Greet and engage visitors, setting a positive tone for each patient visit. Ensure visitors reach their desired destination and are educated on the infection control practices of the hospital. Provide clerical support to the Case Management department with discharge medical records chart copying. Data entry support for the Quality Department and other clerical functions as assigned. Hours 6pm-12am Monday – Friday with alternating weekends.
Greet patients and visitors when they enter the facility in the most positive way possible. Provide verbal guidance to patients and visitors within Acuity Specialty Hospital.
Oversee visitor sign in to ensure proper record keeping. If it is visitor’s initial visit escort them to the patient room or provide directions for visitors to aid them in easily finding their desired location.
