ACUITY SPECIALTY HOSPITAL OF SOUTHERN NEW JERSEY RECOGNIZED AS A LEADER IN RESPIRATORY FAILURE CARE *** AWARDED GOLD SEAL FOR RESPIRATORY FAILURE CERTIFICATION FROM THE JOINT COMMISSION

WILLINGBORO, NJ – Acuity Specialty Hospital of Southern New Jersey (ASHNJ) today announced it has earned Joint Commission Respiratory Failure Certification by demonstrating continuous compliance with its performance standards. The Gold Seal of Approval® is a symbol of quality that reflects an organization’s commitment to providing safe and effective patient care.

Acuity Specialty Hospital of Southern New Jersey underwent a rigorous review on April 30, 2021.  During the review, a reviewer from The Joint Commission evaluated compliance with certification standards related to care of the patient with respiratory failure. The reviewer also conducted onsite observations and interviews.
